STUDENT IT HELP CENTER TRAINEE
Assists in operation of IT Service Center. May be required to:
- Answer phones and email in a call center and direct those calls/ emails to appropriate parties
- Assist customers and responding to questions utilizing available reference materials
- Log calls/emails and summarize IT problems/issues
- Maintain hardware and software
- Secure work environment and equipment
- Perform data entry, record keeping and other administrative tasks
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- Complete miscellaneous duties as directed
Requirements:
- Ability to operate a computer and phone
- Basic computer literacy
- Customer service and communication skills
