STUDENT ORIENTATION ASSISTANT
Aids in the orientation of new students and visitors to the campus. May be required to:
- Disseminate University information to incoming students
- Lead campus tours and conduct presentations for incoming students, their families, and visiting dignitaries
- Meet with incoming students and their families to discuss undergraduate/graduate admissions, academics, residential/commuter life, University policies, and the various resources which are available at the University
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Completion of the EHTA 282 course
