COMMUNITY SAFETY ASSISTANT

Assists in public safety and service. May be required to:

• Patrol assigned areas
• Provide escort services to faculty, students, and staff
• Issue parking violation tickets to illegally parked vehicles
• Review student ticket appeals
• Provide directions and information to campus visitors seeking assistance
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed

Requirements:

• Hold valid Connecticut driver's license
• Customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
