STUDENT VIDEO PRODUCTION TRAINEE

Assists faculty and staff with video equipment for the production of educational video materials. May be required to:

• Set up and operate media equipment including video cameras, microphones, audio mixers, lighting instruments, teleprompters, and digital editing systems
• Assist with video tape sessions
• Create graphics
• Duplicate recordings
• Update records, files, and catalogues using a computer and related software
• Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, word processing, etc.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed

Requirements:

• Ability to operate a computer and video equipment
• Basic computer and video technology literacy
• Customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
