STUDENT AUDIO/ VISUAL TECHNOLOGY TRAINEE
Assists faculty and staff with audio-visual equipment. May be required to:
- Deliver media equipment to various campus locations
- Set up, operate, inspect, and report issues regarding media equipment including microphones, VCR’s, DVD’s, monitors, flat screens, and LCD/DLP projectors
- Answer phones for help desk support
- Generate work order requests
- Catalogue and file media materials
- Update records using a computer and related software
- Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, word processing, etc.
- Attend training sessions and staff meetings
- Perform miscellaneous duties as directed
Requirements:
- Ability to operate a computer and phone
- Basic computer and AV technology literacy
- Customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
