STUDENT ATHLETIC TRAINING ASSISTANT

Assists athletic and/or recreation faculty and staff. May be required to:

• Tape and wrap athletes' joints and limbs
• Prepare team and provide field coverage
• Assist in rehabilitation of injured athletes
• Attend team practices
• Oversee training room
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed

Requirements:

• Must have first aid and CPR certification
• Sports medicine, kinesiology, or physical therapy majors preferred
