Student Employment no longer accepting Form I-9s

Since the University transitioned to Core-CT last September,  Student Employment continued to accept pre-employment paperwork in order to assist departments with processing the high volume of student hires.

Beginning Wednesday, February 1st, Student Employment will no longer be accepting nor assisting with pre-employment paperwork, which includes Form I-9s, Direct Deposit and W4s.  It is the responsibility of the hiring department to fill out these forms, including reviewing and verifying students’ identification for the Form I-9. Therefore, any student who comes to Student Employment for the purpose of completing a Form I-9 will be sent back to their supervisor to do so. Completed forms should be forwarded to the Payroll Department.
